     "An Act extending the termination date of the Board of                                                                     
     Professional   Counselors;   and   providing   for   an

Co-Chair Stedman  noted that this  is the second  hearing on                                                                    
the  bill.  He  noted  the   fiscal  impact  note  from  the                                                                    
Department of  Commerce, Community and  Economic Development                                                                    
with the cost of $50,900 in receipt supported services.                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
Co-Chair Hoffman  MOVED to  report SB  263 out  of Committee                                                                    
with individual recommendations  and the accompanying fiscal                                                                    
note. There being NO OBJECTION, it was so ordered.
