     "An Act extending the termination date of the Board of                                                                     
     Professional   Counselors;   and   providing   for   an

the  bill.  He  noted  the   fiscal  impact  note  from  the                                                                    
Department of  Commerce, Community and  Economic Development                                                                    
with the cost of $50,900 in receipt supported services.                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
Co-Chair Hoffman  MOVED to  report SB  263 out  of Committee                                                                    
with individual recommendations  and the accompanying fiscal
